1. How do I schedule a deposition with your office?
Depositions can be scheduled with our office by e-mailing a copy of the notice to office@loriheaphy.com or by clicking the “Schedule a Reporter” link on our website.
2. Does your office have a conference room available?
Our firm has a conference room, located on our second floor, with videoconferencing capabilities for our clients to use at our office in Lafayette, Louisiana. If stairs are an issue, our firm will obtain a conference room at the Lafayette Bar Association for your deposition, subject to availability. Call or e-mail our office to make arrangements.
3. Can you hire a videographer?
Our firm will hire a Certified Legal Video Specialist on your behalf for your upcoming deposition.
4. Can your office set up videoconferencing links?
Our office is able to set up a videoconferencing link either using Zoom or Webex. These links are sent out the day before the deposition, unless otherwise requested.
5. When is my read and sign due?
Read and sign documents must be returned to our office 30 days from the date of receipt.
6. How can I pay my invoice?
Invoices can be paid online by credit card or by mailing our office a check in the amount owed. For correct payment processing, please include a copy of the invoice or the invoice number on the check.
